Duties:
Forming a pivotal part of the Property Management side of the business, once you are trained-up and comfortable, you will be responsible for:
Taking and addressing rental enquiries
Undertake Opens and private inspections
Key management
Carry out in-going inspections
Tenant approvals and compiling tenancy packs




Onboarding tenants once approved
Specific requirements:
There is NO experience required for this role, but you must have:
A outstanding attitude and a sunny disposition towards learning
A current Real Estate License or Certificate (or be close to completing)
A car and drivers licence
Access to commissions, Quarterly dinners and End of Year Party
