XTREME SECURITY SOLUTIONS PTY LTD ARE CURRENTLY HIRING GUARDS TO JOIN OUR TEAM AT XSS.
Due to our growth, we are seeking well-presented and eager security professionalsboth current and experienced to assist to provide high level of customer service and maintaining our high security standards across our sites in the south coast areas.
THE NATURE OF SECURITY WORK ARE IN PUBS / RSL /LEAGUES CLUB AND STATIC WORK .
TO BE CONSIDERED TO JOIN OUR TEAM AT XTREME SECURITY SOLUTIONS YOU MUST POSSESS AND DEMONSTRATE WITH THE FOLLOWING REQUIRED COMPETENCIES.
Current – Valid New South Wales 1A Security Licence.
Current – Valid RSA Card (Must Be Valid).
Current – Valid First Aid Certificate.
Current – Resume
Email address
Own transport
Good level of physical fitness and the ability to work effectively on your feet for extended periods
Professional presentation and groom standards.
Ability to walk and stand for some periods of time.
QUALITIES TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE ?
PLEASE – NO TIME WASTERS
Previous experience in a security or crowd control role, ideally within the bar, pub, or club industry




Available to work a flexible roster including morning / night shifts / weekends / public holidays assist at us at short notice shifts if required.
Flexibility to work across multiple locations.
Able to work with small and large security teams and listen to job instructions that are required for the site.
Be able to use a 2-way radio fluently
Must be able to handle difficult and stressful situations.
Must be reliable and must come to work on time.
Professional personal presentation.
Have high level of customer service.
Computer Literacy.
Females are encouraged to apply.
STAFF BENEFITS
Weekly payment - (Paid on Time).
Training will be provided. (Training Paid).
Uniforms will be provided - From / Pants /Shirts.
Security licence armband provided.
Incentive Bonus
Any successfully guard who we hire will receive $200 dollar bonus.
Work with us for one full year and we'll renew your NSW security licence for one year.
Onsite parking.
If you are interested in fulltime -part – time and causal security work.
