An established developer-builder is seeking an experienced Leading Hand to join the delivery team on a $40M integrated healthcare and commercial development based in Gosford.

Currently in the structural phase, this is a fantastic chance to work alongside an experienced Site Manager and Project Manager on a technically challenging multi-storey concrete project, with a business that has a solid pipeline of work across healthcare, education and commercial developments.

The Role

Working closely with the Site Manager, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day coordination of site activities, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with the day-to-day running of site operations.
Coordinate subcontractors and manage daily work activities.
Drive productivity and ensure works are progressing in line with programme.
Monitor quality and ensure works are completed to specification.




Maintain a secure work environment and promote a positive safety culture.
Liaise with supervisors, engineers and subcontractors to resolve site issues.
Assist with site inspections, defect management and project handover.

About You

To be successful, you'll demonstrate:
Previous experience as a Leading Hand on commercial, residential, education or healthcare projects.
Trade-qualified background preferred.
Strong understanding of concrete structures and general building methodology.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to coordinate multiple trades and maintain programme.
A proactive, hands-on approach with a strong work ethic.
