Administration Support Officer – Brendale

Monday to Friday | $35.30 per hour | Temp to Perm Prospect

We are looking for a friendly, approachable Administration Support Officer with a positive “can-do” attitude to join a excellent team based in Brendale.

This is a fantastic prospect for someone who enjoys administration, working with people and being part of a supportive team. Nothing is too hard, you are happy to help, follow processes and get the job done!

The Role

Your duties will include:
Timesheet submission and administration
Data entry and maintaining accurate records
Preparing monthly reports
General administration support
Using Microsoft Excel and Word
Following company processes and procedures
Providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers




Assisting the team with day-to-day administration requirements

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

Experienced with Microsoft Excel and Word
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Confident with data entry and reporting

Monday to Friday
7:30am to 3:30pm OR 8:00am to 4:00pm
