The Role
We're looking for a
Value Stream Technical Supervisor – Liquids
to lead our trades and reliability teams across the liquids filling value stream. You'll be responsible for
equipment uptime, preventive and predictive maintenance, robotic automation support, and capital project delivery,
all while building a technically capable, high-performing team.
This role is at the intersection of
traditional trades leadership and modern smart manufacturing
. You'll use data, digital tools, and AI-enabled insights to drive better maintenance decisions, and you'll lead your team through that change.
What You'll Be Doing
Leading maintenance and reliability execution across
liquid filling lines, capping, labelling, coding,



conveyors, and end-of-line equipment
Reducing reactive maintenance through
disciplined PM, defect elimination, and failure prevention
Driving
root cause analysis
on critical equipment failures and implementing sustainable corrective actions
Leading the safe introduction, optimisation, and support of
robotic and automated systems
Supporting
capital projects
, from business case and equipment selection through to commissioning and handover
Using
CMMS, machine data, and AI-enabled insights
to guide prioritisation and loss elimination
Building team capability in
automation awareness, predictive maintenance, digital discipline, and troubleshooting
Supporting
autonomous maintenance
by coaching operators and strengthening equipment ownership at line level
Leading through
change
, building capability in recent technologies and ways of working
What You'll Bring
Trade or technical background with experience in
liquids filling manufacturing maintenance and reliability
Strong understanding of
preventive maintenance, asset reliability, and maintenance systems
in high-speed environments
Demonstrated
leadership capability
in a technical or maintenance environment




Strong working knowledge of
CMMS, planning, and work order management
Experience with
root cause analysis, defect elimination, and continuous improvement
Exposure to
automation, condition monitoring, predictive maintenance, and digital tools
Capability to
lead through change
and build team capability in new technologies
