We are seeking an experienced
Workshop Controller / Service Controller
to join our Macksville Workshop Team. For the right candidate, this role is available
immediately

What You'll Do
Lead and support technicians and apprentices on the workshop floor
Schedule and control daily workshop workflow and priorities
Allocate jobs based on skill level, availability and urgency
Provide technical guidance, diagnostic support and quality oversight
Monitor productivity, job progress and potential bottlenecks
Ensure all work meets OEM, WHS, NHVR and dealership standards
Liaise with Service Advisors, Parts and Operations teams to ensure smooth operations
About You
Trade‐qualified
Heavy Vehicle Technician
Experience as a
Foreman, Workshop Controller or Senior Technician
Background in heavy mechanical repairs —
truck experience preferred
Robust diagnostic and technical capability
Confident leader with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Dealership and
Isuzu experience
highly regarded




HR Licence (or willingness to obtain)
Strong time‐management and computer skills
Ability to motivate, mentor and develop team members
