The Lodge Jamberoo is seeking an HR skilled to elevate our people practices across five regional NSW venues. Based at The Lodge Jamberoo with regular travel to sister venues, you'll lead onboarding, policy creation, training, wage costings, rosters, payroll accuracy, and compliance with SafeWork and Fair Work.
You'll partner with senior leaders to develop KPI-driven performance, manage workforce planning, recruiting, and HR systems, ensuring confidentiality and strong stakeholder
