We are seeking an experienced
Accounts Officer
to join our team on a
contract - potential to go permanent.
Must be an Australian Citizen
Process supplier payments and payment runs
Manage accounts payable transactions and reconciliations
Resolve supplier account discrepancies and reconcile statements
Perform daily bank reconciliations
Support month-end reconciliations, including GL, supplier statements, and creditor ledgers
Prepare customer invoices, including recharges and recurring contracts
Generate accounts payable reports
Provide support across AR, AP, GL, stock adjustments, and employee expenses
About You
Previous experience in an Accounts Officer or similar finance role
Strong reconciliation and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Experience with
SAP B1
preferred
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
