We arelooking to employ anexperienced Receptionist to join our sales team. The position is available at our Head Office in Kingston, Logan City.
The role and responsibilities of this role include but is not limited to:
Greeting visitors in a friendly and welcoming manner
Answering phones promptly and courteously
Daily preparation ofmail for posting
Maintaining Franking machine
Filing
General office administration as required
The successful candidate must have:
Excellent phone manner
Ability to follow direction
Ability to work autonomously
Organised and able to manage multiple tasks at one time
