As the block-booked casual RN at Hawks Nest, you'll be a familiar and trusted face — not just another agency nurse passing through. You'll bring clinical leadership and genuine care to a team that values both.
Deliver and oversee high-quality, person-centred clinical care
Lead and mentor care staff with confidence and compassion
Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams
Champion resident dignity, choice and overall wellbeing
Contribute to clinical risk management and continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Minimum 1 year of nursing experience — aged care background highly regarded
Solid clinical judgement and confident decision-making
Reliable, adaptable and genuinely caring approach
