A growing Sydney medical device manufacturer is looking for a motivated TAFE graduate in toolmaking, machining, manufacturing, or a related trade to join our team.

This is a excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to build practical skills in a highly regulated, high-quality manufacturing setting. Previous medical device experience is not required. The most important thing is attitude: reliability, willingness to learn, attention to detail, and pride in doing the job properly.

About The Role
Toolmaking and precision manufacturing tasks
CNC machining and CAM processes
Quality control and inspection
Reading drawings and following work instructions
Maintaining accurate production records
Supporting process improvements
Working safely and carefully in a clean manufacturing environment
Learning the documentation and quality requirements of medical device production

What We're Looking For




TAFE qualification in toolmaking, machining, manufacturing, mechanical trade, or a related field
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Willingness to learn and work to task
Reliable, punctual, and team-focused
Basic computer skills
Ability to follow instructions and documented procedures
Interest in precision manufacturing and high-quality products
