We are currently seeking an experienced Machine Operator / Food Production Worker to join a well-established manufacturing facility based in Windsor. This is a great opportunity for someone with previous experience in food production or manufacturing who enjoys working in a fast-paced production workplace.
About the Role
As part of the production team, you will be responsible for operating machinery, preparing and mixing ingredients, and ensuring products are manufactured safely and efficiently while maintaining high quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Operate production and mixing machinery
Measure and mix liquid and powdered ingredients according to production formulas
Handle raw materials including oils, dyes, Stearic Acid and Vybar
Follow production procedures, quality standards and safety requirements
Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment
Work in an environment with airborne particles, strong odours and manufacturing fumes
To Be Successful You Will Have
Previous experience in food production, manufacturing or machine operation
Experience working with liquid and powdered ingredients
Solid attention to detail and the ability to follow recipes, formulas and work instructions
Reliable transport and a current driver's licence (limited public transport available)
No lifting restrictions and physically fit for production work
Comfortable working in environments with robust smells and airborne particles

Standard shift: 8:00am - 4:00pm
Occasional early shift: 6:00am - 2:00pm, depending on production requirements
