The National Zoo & Aquarium in Canberra seeks a energetic Assistant Manager to lead Visitor Services, the Rhino Bistro and Events Centre, on the 5 days each week when managers are on rosters off. This senior, permanent role reports to the Visitor Experience Services and the Bistro and Events Manager.
You will oversee front‑of‑house entry services, eating outlets and event functions, ensuring high service standards, staff performance and exceptional guest experiences in all weather conditions.
