About the role
You will be joining a team of dedicated Fundraisers who work on behalf of Charity causes close to their hearts.
This is a performance driven outbound sales role suited to confident communicators who enjoy targets, objection handling, and converting conversations into outcomes for our charity partners.
As an Outbound Tele-fundraiser, you'll make outbound calls to members of the public, present explicit value propositions, and secure ongoing monthly commitments for leading charity partners. Your success is measured through KPIs, conversion rates, and consistency just like any strong sales environment.

What You'll Be Doing




Making high-volume outbound sales calls using approved scripts and frameworks
Leading confident, persuasive & Inspiring conversations with potential supporters
Applying proven sales & fundraising techniques to maximise conversion rates
Handling objections professionally and effectively
Working toward and exceeding daily and weekly KPIs
Bringing positive energy, resilience, and a results-focused mindset to the team
Contributing to a fun, inclusive, and supportive call centre culture
What We're Looking For
Confident sales-focused communicators comfortable asking for commitment and handling objections
Target-driven individuals who thrive in KPI-based environments
Strong influencing, listening, and rapport-building skills
Resilience, reliability, and a positive attitude
A growth mindset and willingness to be coached
Previous outbound Tele-fundraising/sales or call centre experience is highly regarded, but not essential. If you bring drive, confidence, and a hunger to succeed, we'll provide full training.
What You'll Get
$***** per hour + uncapped bonuses
Weekly pay cycle
Up to 38 hours per week (based on performance and reliability)
Brisbane CBD office location / Hybrid Working opportunities
Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm AEST
