Responsibilities
Interpret and execute detailed shop drawings for bespoke cabinetry and furniture.
Perform cutting and assembly tasks with precision, ensuring the highest quality standards.
Complete high-end finishing tasks to meet client specifications and exceed expectations.
Collaborate with a diverse team to deliver premium projects on time and within budget.
Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to all safety regulations.
Communicate effectively with team members and clients across multiple channels to ensure project progress and address any issues that arise.




Continually seek to improve processes and quality by engaging in training and sharing knowledge with colleagues.
Qualifications
Australian Trade Qualifications in Cabinet Making or Shopfitting (required).
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in cabinet making, with a portfolio showcasing attention to detail and high-quality craftsmanship.
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
Proficient in reading and interpreting shop drawings.
Demonstrated ability to focus on precision and accuracy in all tasks, from cutting to assembly.
Experience in finishing techniques to achieve high-end results for luxury projects.
Solid interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team.
