Lakeside Hotel & Conference centre is seeking casual Chefs to join our Food and Beverage team across Lachlan's Restaurant, Brew Café and events. Reporting to the Executive Chef, you will work with a team to deliver on menu and service standards in a fast-paced workplace.
You will prepare and plate food, meet allergy requirements, maintain HACCP compliance, and demonstrate strong teamwork. Flexible rosters include weekends and public holidays; must be legally entitled to work in Australia.
