About the Role
Working alongside experienced solicitors and industry-leading practitioners, you'll play a key role in managing workers' compensation matters from commencement through to resolution while delivering an exceptional client experience.
Your responsibilities will include
Managing your own portfolio of workers' compensation files under solicitor supervision.
Liaising with clients, insurers, employers, medical professionals and other stakeholders.
Drafting legal correspondence, applications, statements and court documentation.
Obtaining and reviewing medical and employment records.
Preparing briefs and supporting solicitors throughout the life of each matter.
Proactively progressing files to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.
Providing compassionate,



timely and professional client service.
To be successful, you'll bring
Previous experience as a Paralegal within plaintiff personal injury law.
A strong understanding of legal processes and file management.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Outstanding attention to detail and organisational ability.
The ability to manage competing priorities in a quick-paced environment.
A genuine passion for helping people through difficult times.
A positive attitude and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
