Lead full lifecycle HVAC projects from design coordination and procurement through construction, commissioning & handover
Manage budgets, schedules, risk, quality & safety to deliver on time and on budget
Oversee stakeholder engagement: clients, consultants, contractors, internal teams
Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental and regulatory standards
Mentor and lead project teams to achieve high performance and outcomes
Minimum




5 years
in commercial HVAC project management
Strong technical understanding of HVAC systems; prior work in health, commercial or data centre sectors highly valued
Proven track record delivering projects safely, on time, on budget - end to end
Excellent leadership, communication, problem solving & stakeholder management skills
Relevant tertiary/trade qualifications and ability to read/interact with technical drawings & performance specifications
