Contract Administrator, (HumeLink West Project)
Two CIMIC Group companies, UGL and CPB Contractors have been selected by Transgrid to deliver the ~140km western section of the HumeLink high voltage electricity transmission project.
HumeLink is a new 500kV transmission project which will connect Wagga Wagga, Maragle and Bannaby in regional NSW that will significantly increase the capacity of the electricity network in Australia's eastern states. HumeLink is one of Australia's largest energy infrastructure projects, with about 365kms of proposed new transmission lines and a range of other new and upgraded infrastructure.
The HumeLink West scope of works, worth $1.4bn, includes delivery of new 500kV double circuit transmission lines spanning ~140kms from Wagga Wagga Substation to a new Substation at Gugaa, the Interface Point with HumeLink East near Gundagai and a new substation at Maragle in the Snowy Mountains for future connection to Snowy 2.0.

Position Key Accountabilities
Effectively managing the administration of all subcontract and supplier contracts
Managing the financial administration for the project




Managing the site office administration for the project
Assisting the Project Manager in the preparation and review of the project monthly report including providing workings completed, programme and cost data
Developing and managing own work schedule to deliver required outputs to expected quality and within timeframes
Our Minimum Requirements For This Role Are
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying / Construction Management / Economics / Law / Business
Previous experience in contracts administration within the construction industry
Strong organizational and time management skills
Where applicable, evidence of tertiary qualifications and proof of right to work will be required prior to successful appointment.
