A brand new Lone Star is landing in Marsden Park and we are looking for a standout Restaurant Manager to lead the opening and set the tone from day one.
This is a busy, full service restaurant with high volumes, a strong team culture, and a loyal guest base. We need someone experienced, hands on, and confident running a fast paced floor while keeping standards high and the vibe positive.

Leading a large team across floor and bar
Owning service standards and guest experience

Solid experience managing a full service restaurant
Calm under pressure in a high volume environment




Strong people leadership and communication skills
Good business sense around rostering, wages, and KPIs
