You will liaise with local businesses to identify suitable roles for clients, building strong relationships with employers and mentors to understand recruitment needs.
You will match vacancies to client skills, run pre-employment readiness sessions, and recruit for open roles. Daily data entry, KPI reviews, and team collaboration are essential.
