If you are passionate about fine wine, The Reserve Cellar is seeking enthusiastic, reliable, and knowledgeable Bottle shop Attendants to join our recent store in Graceville! Whether you're a seasoned hospitality skilled or simply have a keen interest in wine and want to learn more, we want to hear from you.

Your Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in selecting premium wines, spirits,



and beers
Maintain stock levels, displays, and store cleanliness
Operate POS systems and handle transactions accurately
Unpack deliveries and replenish shelves
Provide knowledgeable recommendations and contribute to a high-end retail experience
Support the Team with general store duties as required

About You:
Previous retail or hospitality experience (bottle shop or wine knowledge is a strong advantage)
Enthusiastic, reliable, and customer-focused
Excellent personal presentation
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
RSA Certificate and eligibility to work in Australia(required)
Drivers License
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
