Reosteel Australia is seeking a Group People & Culture Manager to design, build and lead the HR function across Reosteel and a sister company. The role reports to the Managing Director and will establish policies, procedures and metrics within 12 months.
The position is based in office at Casula, with occasional travel to NSW/ACT sites. You will lead recruitment, onboarding, performance management and employee relations across multiple sites within the group.
