Forsight Australia in Quakers Hill is seeking a dedicated Active Support Worker (ASW) on a part-time basis. You will support clients using our person-centred Active Support model, helping them achieve inclusion, independence and wellbeing within a home setting.
You will hold or study for a Cert III in Disability (or have 6 months' related experience) and you must have a current First Aid and CPR certificate, a valid Australian driver's licence, and an NDIS Worker Screening clearance.
