What You Will Do
Assist with routine inspections and detailed property condition reports.
Handle maintenance requests and liaise directly with tradespeople
Act as a professional point of contact for tenants, handling open homes and applications
Prepare lease agreements, manage data entry, and handle department correspondence
Provide general administrative backing to ensure the smooth operation of the team
What You Will Do

What We Are Looking For

Prior experience in property management or real estate is required
A positive attitude, sharp attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks under pressure
Professional presentation with a solid focus on customer service
A current driver's licence is mandatory
