The Role is for a Full Time
Provide emotional and social support whilst assisting residents with a range of daily life activities
Support residents with self-care, including grooming, bathing and dressing
Reporting any changes of resident to the Registered Nurse on the shift duty
Assist with mobility, including using mechanical lifting aids and ensuring the residents' comfort
Assist in mealtimes and social activities.
As a Care Service Employee, you will:

Requirements
Minimum requirements - Certificate III in Aged Care / Individual Support/ 2nd year Nursing students who have completed 1 placement.
Experiencein similar role in aged care
A genuine enthusiasm, care and compassion in your commitment to working with elderly people
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Respect for all people, regardless of background, age, gender, religion and ethnicity
Flexible to do AM/PM and night shifts
