CycleBar Gold Coast is looking for enthusiastic, energetic, and passionate instructors to join our founding team. As a CycleBar Instructor, you'll lead music-driven indoor cycling classes that inspire riders of all fitness levels while creating an unforgettable studio experience.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Deliver protected, engaging, and high-energy CycleBar classes.
Coach and motivate riders through performance, encouragement, and music.
Create a welcoming and inclusive workplace for all members.
Build genuine relationships with riders and foster a strong studio community.
Arrive prepared, on time, and ready to deliver an exceptional class experience.
Learn and follow the CycleBar coaching methodology and brand standards.
Assist with member engagement before and after classes.
Support studio events, promotions, and community initiatives when required.
About You
Passionate about fitness, music, and helping others achieve their goals.
Confident speaking and performing in front of groups.
Positive, reliable, and skilled with a team-first attitude.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Group fitness or indoor cycling experience is an advantage but not essential.
Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
Certificate III in Fitness (or willingness to obtain) is desirable.
