Key Responsibilities
Conduct arrangements to lease vacant properties quickly and effectively
Assist and support tenants in maintaining their tenancies
Carry out property inspections and complete required property reports
Attend court/tribunal hearings to represent the organisation’s interests
Maintain tenancy and property records to meet organisational and regulatory standards
Track and drive a solid KPI focus across a variety of performance areas
Build positive relationships with external and internal stakeholders
Contribute to developing and implementing strategies that connect tenants to additional support
Promote community connection and engagement through collaborative partnerships and inclusive practices
Qualifications and Experience
Experience working with vulnerable client groups
Community housing or property management experience is desirable
Knowledge of the Residential Tenancy Act and NCAT process preferred
Strong experience with Microsoft Office for reporting
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Valid driving licence
Working with Children Check
