We are a well-established and growing print business in Fyshwick. We have an opportunity for a Digital Operator to join our experienced team. The successful applicant will become an integral part of our operations and service team, critical to support our focus on customer delivery.
The ideal candidate has
(preferred but not required)
Experience with Mac computers and Adobe Suite - Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop
Offset and digital print knowledge background
Basic graphic design
Team player
What you'll be doing
Running and maintaining a range of digital print equipment (large format printers, copiers, and wide-format plotters)
Preparing print-ready files and managing colour accuracy to ensure high-quality output every time
Supporting jobs from start to finish—from pre-press setup through to finishing and delivery prep
Keeping an eye on stock,



consumables, and helping keep workflows running smoothly
Working closely with the team to get jobs out on time and to a high standard
Jumping in with ideas on how we can work smarter, faster, and better
What we're looking for
Solid experience in a digital print production environment (2+ years minimum)
Confident hands-on ability with digital print equipment
Solid skills in file preparation, colour management, and quality control
A sharp eye for detail—spotting issues before they become problems
Calm, capable, and reliable when things get busy
Good time management and a team-first attitude
