The Opportunity
We're looking for a Queensland Building Manager to take the reins in Queensland Region. This is your chance to run your region like it's your own business—managing a team, growing trade relationships, hitting KPIs, and being the go-to leader on the ground.
What You'll Be Doing
Leading the delivery of multiple residential projects across QLD
Managing and mentoring site supervisors and subcontractors
Driving performance against build timeframes, budgets, and quality standards
Coordinating with estimating, pre-construction, and maintenance teams
Solving problems quickly and confidently
Ensuring WHS compliance and high site standards
Reporting directly to the National Construction Manager
What You'll Bring




Proven experience as a Construction Manager, Area Manager, or Senior Supervisor (volume residential)
Strong knowledge of Queensland building codes and NCC
Natural leadership and communication skills
High attention to detail and accountability
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-output environment
A current builder's license or supervisor's registration is highly desirable
A network of reliable trades in the QLD region is a big bonus (local to Hervey Bay, Bundaberg, Gympie, Sunshine Coast- advantageous).
Experience with Onsite Companion or similar Project Management Applications
