Provide pro-active, person-centred services and support that are secure and effective, tailored to each resident's needs, goals, and preferences. It requires compassion, connection, knowledge, and capability, promoting active participation in residents' health and well-being.

About you
Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or Certificate III in Aged Care.
Experience as a Personal Carer and the ability to work without direct supervision.
Positive communication skills and the ability to manage your time well.
A positive understanding of how to support residents living with dementia.
An understanding of the Aged Care Standards as they apply to this role.
A Senior First Aid Certificate and an understanding of AN-ACC are desirable.
