Our client is seeking a reliable Forklift Operator to join their recycling scrap metal yard in West Burleigh. This role is suitable for an experienced Forklift Operator who is seeking Monday - Friday 6:00AM - 2:00PM.
Key Responsibilities
Operate a counterbalance forklift to move scrap metal bins
Transport bins to and from the weigh scales
Accurately communicate weights to the admin team
Assist customers during drop-off in a professional manner
Maintain a clean and safe yard environment
Support general yard duties as required
What We're Looking For
Current LF Forklift Licence
Experience operating a counterbalance forklift
Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
Strong awareness of workplace health and safety
Ability to work independently in a yard environment
Must be willing to undergo a pre-employment medical
