driven, customer-focused Sales Consultant
to join our
Wetherill Park showroom
. This role is ideal for someone who understands
structured sales processes, closing face-to-face deals, managing customer journeys and hitting targets
— without the late nights or Sunday trading.

The Opportunity
As a
Sales Consultant
, you'll be the key point of contact for customers from first enquiry through to sale completion. This is a
consultative, solution-based sales role
with a strong showroom presence.
Your day will include:
Welcoming customers into the MRT showroom and guiding them through tailored vehicle solutions
Managing inbound enquiries (walk-in, phone,



email, web & live chat)
Building rapport quickly and confidently — just like a dealership setting
Closing sales face-to-face and over the phone
Preparing quotes, processing deposits and invoices
Maintaining CRM accuracy and customer follow-up
Meeting weekly and monthly sales targets
Providing exceptional after-sales service to drive repeat business
This Role Is Perfect For You If You Have:
Car sales or dealership experience
(new or used vehicles, finance, accessories or fleet)
A proven ability to close face-to-face sales
Confidence working to KPIs and sales targets
Strong communication and customer engagement skills
Professional presentation and a customer-first mindset
Basic computer literacy and attention to detail
automotive accessories, 4WD, fleet or trade sales
an understanding of the range of accessories available on the market currently for 4WD's.
and/or some 4WD driving or touring experience within Australia.
