About the role
We are seeking passionate and dedicated Childcare Educators to join our team at Evolution Early Learning in Mooloolaba. As a Childcare Educator, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality early childhood education and care to the children in our centre. This is a full-time position, offering a rewarding career in the exciting field of childcare.
What you'll be doing
Implementing engaging and developmentally appropriate educational programs for children
Providing a nurturing, safe and inclusive environment that supports the growth and wellbeing of each child
Observing and documenting children's progress and development
Building strong relationships with families and collaborating with them to support their children's learning
Adhering to all regulatory requirements and Centre policies and procedures
Participating in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge
Overseeing children during play and leisure activities
Monitoring and supporting children's everyday routines
Guiding children's behaviorand encouraging positive social development
What we're looking for
A relevant Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
Level 6 Employee under the Childrens Services Award
A strong understanding of early childhood development & pedagogy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A genuine passion for working with young children and a commitment to their wellbeing
Demonstrated experience in a similar childcare role (preferred but not essential)
A current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain one)
