Our Client is a well-established civil construction company delivering major infrastructure and road upgrade projects across South East Queensland. They are seeking experienced Excavator Operators to join their team on a long-term project, offering reliable work and the opportunity to be part of a busy civil construction crew.
What you will be doing
Operating 8T-23T excavators on civil construction projects
Digging trenches and carrying out backfilling activities
Working safely around live underground services
Lowering and placing pipes for drainage installations
Assisting with general drainage and civil works
Completing site preparation and site clean-up duties
Performing manual handling and labouring tasks when required
What you will need
RII Excavator Ticket
White Card
Current Driver's Licence and reliable transport
Previous excavator operating experience in civil construction
Experience trenching, backfilling and working around services
Experience on road upgrade or earthworks projects
Willingness to assist with labouring duties when required
Skid Steer Ticket highly advantageous
Perks
$50/hr + Penalties + Travel Allowance
10-month project with consistent full-time hours
