Sales Representative - FMCG Operations & Field Support Coordinator

Retail Tasker are Specialists in Sales & Merchandising for Australia’s favourite brands

They are looking for a proactive, accurate, people‑loving sales skilled who can switch gears between office sales support and field sales representation with ease.

If you’re the kind of person who:
Picks things up quickly
Spots problems before they happen
Loves talking to customers and smashing admin
Actually enjoys selling

In this role, you’ll:
Supporting the sales team from the office (training, data, follow‑ups)
Getting out in the field building relationships and driving sales
Talking to buyers, reps and store managers – confidently and professionally




Making sure nothing falls through the cracks (accuracy matters here)

You’ll be a outstanding fit if you are:
Fast, organised and detail‑obsessed (in a valuable way)
Comfortable selling and influencing face‑to‑face
Naturally proactive – you don’t wait to be told
Excellent with people at all levels
Experienced in FMCG, retail or field sales (highly regarded)
Solid understanding of sales & merchandising (planogram experience essential)
