Your Skill Set
Extensive knowledge/experience in transport operations
Ability to effectively do weekly rosters and scheduling to include excursions and sports events
Fleet coordination and driver supervision
Compliance with QT transport and student safety regulations
Risk management and incident response
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Stakeholder coordinator and communication (parents, staff,



school leadership, service providers)
Proficient in Microsoft suite as well as transport technologies.
About You
Active Christian faith and commitment to a church community
Passionate about student wellbeing and safety on the road
Clear driving history
Current Drivers Licence (MR or HR) and Drivers Authority (or willingness to obtain)
Paid Blue Card (or willingness to obtain)
School fleet experience desired
