We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join a leading organisation in Newcastle. You will be working on diverse projects across Commercial, Civil & Residential, valued up to $20M

Duties & Responsibilities:
As the lead Site Manager, you will be required to oversee all in office works and teams including subcontractors and trades.
Working closely with the Project Manager to meet program expectations,



including personnel costs and schedules
Lead and oversee WHS & QA requirements
Maintain documentation and reporting for stakeholders
Coach and Mentor all employees including Subcontractors, Trades and Labourers
About you:
To be considered for this position you will need to have the following skills and experience;
Demonstrated experience as a Site Manager on Commercial projects, valued over $5M
Knowledge of Remediation works both Concrete and Civil
Ability to coach and lead teams, including Apprentices and Subcontractors
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Relevant trade qualifications, Drivers licence
Willingness to undertake police check and medicals
