We're looking for an experienced
Workshop Foreman
to own technical quality, mentoring, and diagnostic leadership across two specialist workshops: 4WD Obsession Noosa (4WD accessories, fittings, GVM, mechanical, aircon) and Noosa Radiators (cooling specialists).
$100,000 – $115,000 per year + Company Car
You'll be hands‐on—still turning wrenches—but also the technical gatekeeper who ensures every job is diagnosed correctly, scoped accurately, executed well, and released only when it's genuinely done. You'll identify upsells and additional work opportunities, mentor technicians, and report to our Service Manager.
