This is a full time role for an experienced field service technician, the technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing laser cutting, engraving, and marking machines. Daily responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues,



performing preventive maintenance, training customers on machine use, and providing exceptional customer support. The technician will also assist in commissioning, upgrading and calibrating equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Candidates should have a minimum of 1-2 years of technical experience in field service or related technical roles.
A background in electronics/electrical systems, mechanical systems, computer systems, and CNC machinery is an advantage for this position.
