About the role
Wellcamp Business Park is seeking motivated and reliable General Labourers to join our Civil Operations and Maintenance Teams.
With multiple full-time positions available, this is a great opportunity to secure stable, long-term employment working across both civil construction and maintenance operations.
As a General Labourer, you will support a range of works across the precinct including:
Pipelaying and drainage installation
Installing geofabrics and assembling pipe systems
Supporting trenching and subdivision works
Assisting with concreting tasks
Supporting concrete batch plant operations
Operating tools and equipment
Assisting with landscape construction and garden installation
General site preparation, grounds maintenance, and clean-up
This is a physically demanding, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys outdoor work and being part of a productive team environment.
Skills and experience
Current Driver's Licence
Construction White Card.
Previous labouring experience (civil, pipelaying, concreting or landscaping highly regarded)
Strong work ethic and reliability
Commitment to safe work practices




Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Monday - Friday roster

Our Civil and maintenance teams support the Development team in delivering a variety of projects through works including trench excavation, bulk earthworks, road construction, installations and landscaping.
