About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and driven Early Childhood Teacher to join our experienced and supportive team in a full time capacity. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

In this role, you will:
Design and deliver engaging, play-based learning programs that support children’s holistic development
Implement the Early Years Learning Framework to foster an inclusive and stimulating environment
Monitor and assess children’s progress to tailor individual learning experiences
Build strong, collaborative relationships with children, families, and colleagues
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and documentation requirements

What We’re Looking For




Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education (or equivalent)
Demonstrated experience in a similar role, ideally within long day care
Proven ability to create engaging, play-based learning experiences
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Sound knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and regulations
Able to confidently prioritise children’s safety and child safe values
Current NSW Working with Children Check, First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications (ACECQA-approved), Child Protection Training, Food Handling Certificate, and completed Geccko Training
