We’re looking for someone naturally social, sharp on the details, and hungry to learn. You’ll be trained hands-on in Aftermarket sales before progressing into Finance and Insurance, with genuine earning potential once you’re up and running.

What you’ll get:
$52,000–$55,000 base + Super
OTE $150,000–$200,000+ once fully trained
Sunday loading and commission eligibility from ~6 months
Company car or car allowance on graduation from training




11-day fortnight
Hands-on, tailored training with a supportive team behind you

What you’ll need:
A natural ability to connect with people and build rapport
Robust attention to detail and organisation
Willingness to learn, take feedback and ask questions
Availability to work most, if not all, weekends
Entry-level Microsoft Office skills — sales experience is a bonus, not a must
