If you're an experienced Business Development Manager or External Sales Representative selling plumbing, bathroom or construction products, this is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established supplier with a strong reputation and genuine growth opportunities.
This is a true business development role focused on generating recent business, building long-term customer relationships and increasing market share across Brisbane. You'll have the autonomy to manage your territory while being supported by an experienced internal team.
The Role
You'll be promoting a broad range of plumbing and water management products including:
PVC, DWV and pressure pipe systems
Valves, fittings and connectors
Drainage and sewer products
Water filtration solutions
Hot water products and plumbing consumables
Your customers will include plumbing contractors, commercial builders, civil contractors, developers, local councils and plumbing merchants.
Responsibilities
Generate new business across the Brisbane market.
Manage and grow an existing customer base.
Identify and secure upcoming construction projects.
Conduct customer visits and product presentations.
Prepare quotations and negotiate commercial agreements.
Achieve sales and growth targets.
About You
You may currently be working as a Business Development Manager, Territory Manager, Account Manager or External Sales Representative.
Experience selling plumbing products is preferred, however candidates from bathroom products, civil infrastructure, water management, pipeline products, building products or construction supplies are encouraged to apply.
You will have:
A proven background in recent business development.
Robust relationship-building and communication skills.
A motivated, self-driven approach.
The ability to manage your own territory and pipeline.
