This is an exciting chance to join TeamUrban in our Marsden Park office. You will join a fun, vibrant and high performing Property Management team who love what they do!
You will be part of and assist in driving an exciting growth plan for our Property Management arm. This will include working closely with our Senior Team Leader to further develop your skills and Property Management knowledge through ongoing training, coaching and support.
Key Responsibilities
Managing a portfolio of up to 180 residential properties with the support of a Leasing Assistant
Arrears Management
Liaise with tenants and landlords
Conduct routine inspections and detailed ingoing and outgoing condition reports
Manage relevant marketing strategies for the rental portfolio




Manage termination notices and attend tribunal hearings
About you
Min. 1 years previous experience working as a Property Manager
Current Certificate of Registration
Experience using Property Tree or REST and Inspection Manager (ideal)
Reliable motor vehicle and valid drivers license
Outstanding organisation and time management skills
Ability to work within a team, take instructions and work unsupervised
Proven track record in positive landlord and tenant interactions
Demonstrated success in dealing with complex property management issues
