GrainCorp is seeking a Site Manager for our Meandarra and The Gums grain storage and distribution sites in Queensland.
You will supervise a small team of Grain Handlers and actively participate in day-to-day operations, ensuring secure, on-time receipt, storage and dispatch of grain.
The role emphasises hands-on leadership, coaching, maintaining enterprise standards, building strong relationships with growers and customers, and delivering safety and risk management programmes across the site.
