We're partnering with a leading explosives and blasting provider to recruit an experienced
Blasting Supervisor
to oversee daily operations on a major WA mine site.
This is a hands-on leadership role focused on safety, crew leadership, operational performance, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise daily blasting operations and site crews.
Ensure compliance with all statutory, safety, and explosives requirements.
Coordinate equipment maintenance and operational resources.
Manage explosives inventory and stock accountability.
Build and maintain solid client and stakeholder relationships.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across site operations.




Conduct safety meetings, investigations, and audits as required.
Coach, mentor, and develop members of the blasting team.
About You
Previous experience as a Blasting Supervisor, Senior Shotfirer, or similar leadership role.
Strong knowledge of explosives and dangerous goods legislation.
WHS Statutory Supervisor Qualifications.
G2 Risk Management qualification.
HR Driver's Licence.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
Strong focus on safety and operational excellence.
Desirable
Shotfirer Licence.
Certificate IV in Training & Assessment.
QA Auditing experience.
Open pit mining experience.
