An chance is available for an experiencedSite Managerto join a well-establishedcontractor, delivering complex Amenities, Community Centres with Residential housing, civic buildings, and medium density housing.

The Role As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of an amenities project in the Blue Mountains Area, managing all on-site operations to ensure safe, high-quality, on-time and on-budget outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:
Managing all in office construction activities including labour, subcontractors and plant
Driving program, cost, quality and safety performance
Coordinating consultants, authorities and key stakeholders
Ensuring full compliance with WHS, site safety and risk management requirements
Leading, mentoring and developing site-based staff
Maintaining strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers

About You:




Proven experience as aSite Manager or Senior Foreman delivering complex Amenities, Community Centres with Residential housing, civic buildings, and medium density housing
Strong understanding ofbuildability, sequencing and site logistics
Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
Trade background preferable but not essential
