About the Candidate
Genuine interest in pursuing a Trade with Shadforth
Commitment to structured, classroom-based, and on-the-job field training
Hold a Construction Industry White Card
Hold current manual Drivers Licence with reliable transport
Ability to perform manual handling and repetitive tasks with some moderate to heavy lifting and reaching
Completed Year 12 (preferred but not essential)
