We are looking for professionals who are committed to providing high-quality education and care in a protected, nurturing and engaging environment.

Centre Manager / Nominated Supervisor

The successful applicant will:
Lead and support educators to deliver high-quality care
Oversee the daily operations of the service
Maintain compliance with the National Quality Framework
Build positive relationships with children, families and staff




Support enrolment growth and continuous improvement
Demonstrate solid leadership, organisation and communication skills

Previous management or leadership experience within an early childhood service is highly regarded.

General Requirements

Successful applicants will require:
A valid NSW Working With Children Check
Current approved First Aid, CPR, asthma and anaphylaxis training, or willingness to obtain them
Current child protection training
Strong knowledge of child-safe practices
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A commitment to creating a warm and inclusive environment
